SHIPPING & ORDER
We ship via Thailand Post Trace and Track system. Once we ship your order, we will inform you with a tracking number that you can input on the website. For more information: Track my Order.
If orders are available in stock, it will be prepared within 24 hours after the confirmation of the order. The order will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Mon-Sat). Domestic orders will take about 1-3 days to arrive by the EMS system, the time varies according to the distance. If your order is delayed, please contact our team via any platform.
Orders cannot be canceled after the order is confirmed and paid. If you wish to exchange your order, you must exchange it within 14 days after you receive your parcel.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order. We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your orders.

All engraved and customized orders are not accepted for return and exchange.
Returns must be unworn and in a saleable condition.
Every return must be sent back in original packing and accompanied by a receipt.
